8 Dining chairs with worn out seat pads fit back in to a recent extension. They no longer look dated but as good as new again. Customer chose an easy clean vinyl from the Infiniti range from Christina Marrone.
Difficult to decide on which fabric to choose so our customer went with all 3 designs. These were two large wing chairs and we worked hard to get matches wherever possible.
A previous customer called us back to do another pair of their antique chairs. We are slowly restoring each one as they are needed. Keeping the same green velvet as on other chairs we restore them using traditional materials and techniques.
Almost unrecognisable. Frame on this Parker knoll rocking chair was stripped back to natural, a cover over the springs, new interiors to match another chair with slight alterations. We used press studs to secure the cushions in place so they don’t slip when getting out of the chair.
Lovely drop leaf, gate leg oak table. It had been in the family for years and used regularly and age had broken the gate leg. We stripped and repolished the table and replaced the broken dowel in the leg so it was all running smoothly again.
A plain cream fabric was badly stained in these solid oak dining chairs. An easy to clean plaid, picking up the colour in the carpet.
Woodworm, pesky little mites that leave holes and a trail of dust behind them. This lovely cabinet was new so it doesn’t always have to be old pieces of furniture. It had traveled up one panel on the front. Two treatments later we got him. We filled the holes he’d left so no visible signs….

Lovely floral print on this two seater sofa. Two springs had broken too so these were easily replaced.
We often get enquiries starting with, “it might be too small a job…” this is an example of two small jobs for a customer. Reweb a seat base and fix legs and new seat pad on a small chair. “Our answer is always, nothing is too small”
